Insert Bearings
From high-speed to heavy load, Turner inserts lock securely.
Turner bearing inserts are designed for lasting quality.
Turner bearing inserts are manufactured with exacting tolerances to make replacement simple and easy. With multiple locking styles, including concentric and eccentric locking, adapter sleeves, and set screws, Turner bearing inserts accommodate various application demands. For bearings subjected to heavy contamination, Turner triple-lip bearing inserts keep contaminants excluded, so you stay operating longer.

What sets Turner apart from other manufacturers?
Tru-loc (concentric) locking eliminates shaft damage, excels in reversing applications, and maintains proper ball-path alignment which reduces vibration during operation.
Eccentric locking produces positive binding, increasing it’s hold over time, and has a larger contact area than set screws, reducing shaft damage.
Tapered adapter sleeves have the most holding force of any locking style, excelling in applications that require high-speeds and low vibration, due to their shaft-centering capability.
Set screw locking, separated by 120°, are simple to install and work for many simple applications, also operating bi-directionally.
