Mounted Spherical Roller Bearings (S2000)

Turner mounted spherical roller bearings are built for heavy loads, shock, vibration, and unavoidable misalignment in continuous-duty systems. The spherical roller design maintains high load capacity while accommodating shaft deflection and structural movement. Integrated housing, sealing, and lubrication systems support long service life in harsh, contaminated environments.

Flange Block Units

SFB4 Series

Mounted spherical roller flange block units are designed to support shafts passing through vertical or inclined surfaces. The face-mounted design transfers high radial loads and structural movement directly into side plates, bulkheads, and machine frames. They’re a solid choice for conveyor head and tail shafts, gear reducer interfaces, crusher drive assemblies, and other side-mounted structural applications.

Four-bolt mounting provides secure attachment and distributes clamping forces evenly across the mounting surface.

Face-mounted housing transfers radial loads directly into side plates, bulkheads, and machine frames for rigid equipment support.

Precision-machined mounting interfaces support consistent alignment at the mounting surface.

The Turner Advantage

Self-aligning spherical roller bearing geometry maintains high load capacity while accommodating shaft deflection, frame movement, and mounting variation.

SAE 52100 steel inner and outer rings deliver consistent hardness and fatigue resistance under heavy load.

One-piece, solid-base, cast-iron housings with mild steel locking collars provide strength, rigidity, and improved setscrew grip and toughness in demanding applications. Large-bore units are available with a double-collar system for added security.

Available with steel housings and eccentric locking collars for greater resistance to impact loads and severe operating conditions, as well as increased holding force for a secure shaft connection in heavy-duty applications.

PTFE labyrinth seals protect against moisture and contamination while maintaining performance in high-speed and high-temperature applications.

Grease purge and pressure relief valves support controlled relubrication and protect seals from over-pressurization.

A standard 1/8-27 NPT grease fitting supports manual or automatic lubrication systems.

Available in fixed and expansion configurations to properly locate the shaft while accommodating thermal growth and axial movement during operation.
