Turner Protected by Lubrilife
Turner mounted bearings are available with Lubrilife permanent lubrication. Lubrilife replaces traditional grease with a permanently lubricated polymer that fills the bearing cavity, providing continuous oil delivery and enhanced sealing performance without routine maintenance. It’s the ideal solution for applications where regular greasing is difficult, inconsistent, or unsafe.
Insert Bearings
Lubrilife permanent lubrication is available on Turner ball bearing inserts, allowing the insert to be replaced at the end of its service life while the housing remains in service. This approach is well-suited for conveyor lines, packaging systems, and other high-volume equipment where maintenance consistency and fast changeout are priorities. By eliminating routine relubrication at the insert level, Lubrilife helps reduce seal damage, contamination risk, labor requirements, replacement costs, and performance variability across multiple bearing positions.
